Leadership Promotions
- Gabrielle Partyka has been promoted to Vice President of Strategic Development. In this expanded role, Gabrielle will continue to lead business development initiatives, warehouse analytics and pricing strategies, and most critically, drive operating efficiency across all AVI business verticals. Her leadership has been instrumental in supporting AVI’s recent growth and expansion efforts.
- Michael Chapman has been promoted to Accounting Manager. Michael will oversee all financial analytics, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and comprehensive financial management for both AVI and Air Van Logistics. His analytical expertise and financial leadership will play a key role as the organization continues to scale.
New Leadership Addition
- James McMaster has joined AVI as Senior Dispatch Fleet Manager. James brings extensive experience in fleet operations, dispatch management, and transportation leadership. In his role, he will be responsible for the management and strategic direction of AVI’s trucking fleet, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and continued service excellence for customers.
