For clients with unusual product handling requirements, Air Van has the latest equipment for taking several different products and shrink-wrapping them in packages for consumer sales. Air Van also has a pick and pack operation for sorting and assembling products of different sizes and shapes into cartons ready for immediate use.

  • A WIFI operated system for computerized receiving, stock locating and shipping.
  • Export wrapping, stenciling and tagging.
  • Blocking and bracing of heavy and over sized loads, provided by Air Van’s in-house carpentry department.
  • All types of special lift equipment and attachments such as bale clamps, barrel clamps, carton clamps, large roll clamps, rug poles, slip sheets, spade trucks for appliances, and various fork lifts with up to 15,000-pound capacity.
